Every day, you can taste the sweet and savory specialties prepared by Edoardo Data - the pastry chef of our artisan laboratory La Ruà - and discover our gluten-free proposals for the restaurant industry.

On Sunday 19 January, we’ll also have the pleasure of hosting Davide Merigo, winner of Bake Off Italia 10.
All these creations will be possible thanks to the small laboratory inside the stand, created with Esmach's EVA Lab equipment, an Italian leader in the baking industry. Their machines are perfect for the production of gluten-free baked products, ensuring excellent results.
